Write to hello@spinnwheel.com. Starting the subject with one of the words below helps us sort it faster.

Reporting a bug
These four details let us reproduce most problems on the first try:
- The page address, for example spinnwheel.com/team-picker-wheel.
- Your device and browser, such as “Chromebook, Chrome” or “iPhone 15, Safari”.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if you can. You don’t need to send your list, and please leave out students’ real names.
Suggesting a wheel
Tell us who would use it and what should be on it. The best ideas come from real situations, like a classroom routine, a game night or a giveaway, and many of our current wheels started that way. Most questions about saving, sharing and fairness are already answered on the help page.
What we can’t help with
We can’t recover lists from your device, because we never receive them. If your browser data was cleared, the list is gone. Use share links as a backup. We also can’t change a result or set a winner: every spin is random by design.
Quick fixes before you write
- My list disappeared: it was probably cleared with your browser data or you’re in a private window. Lists are stored only in your browser, so keep a share link as a backup.
- No sound on iPhone: check the silent switch and volume. iPhones mute web audio when silent mode is on.
- Full screen doesn’t work on iPhone: Safari on iPhone only allows full screen for videos. Turn the phone sideways instead, or add the site to your home screen.
- The wheel looks out of date: refresh the page once. The offline copy updates in the background.
What happens to your message
Your email is read by the people who build SpinnWheel. We use it to reply and fix the issue, and nothing else. Bug reports often lead straight to fixes, and many of the presets on the site started as suggestions. You’re welcome to ask us to delete your messages afterwards.
